Boxing set to return to the Met in Philadelphia, PA

Boxing returns to North Broad Street as Hard Hitting Promotions takes on the Met in Philly. The Met, which recent reopened after years in disrepair, hasn’t hosted a boxing event in 65 years. The Met’s restorations were completed late in 2018. It was reopened in December of that year.

The marriage of Hard Hitting and the Met should make for a great night of fights. Hard Hitting was recently featured on Showtime’s Next Generation with Jaron “Boots” Ennis headlining that card.

This time, Hard Hitting will feature up and coming prospects like Brandon Pizzaro, Malik Hawkins, Gadwin Rosa, Jeremy Cuevas, and Samuel Teah.
